Cooking classes are a great way to learn either one-on-one or in a group setting. Our lessons are hands-on and provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to be your won health-based personal chef! You can personal your own lesson or let us design one around your specific health and wellness goals.
Our Lessons will help you to become more comfortable and confident while working with health based, gluten-free ingredients such as quinoa, kale and coconut oil! Using simple recipes and cooking techniques, you’ll learn how to save time, reduce stress in the kitchen and improve your health!
Best of all, you will leave with mouth watering dishes and easy to follow recipes!
Lessons are $175 per hour, plus groceries, with a minimum of 2 hours required.
