Paleo fudgy brownies

I love brownies, who doesn’t?!  It reminds me of being a kid again and begging my Mother to let me to lick the bowl and mixing spoon.  And of course there is that smell of them in the oven…yum!

This recipe is moist, fudgy and chocolatey delicious!  And as if those aren’t enough reasons to make you want to get in the kitchen and whip up a batch, they are actually gluten-free, grain-free and dairy-free.  As a Bonus they use coconut oil, which has a whole list of amazing benefits.  Check out this informative article written by Helen Nichols of Well-Being Secrets to find out more about all the wonderful and beneficial benefits of adding coconut oil to your pantry!
