Easy Vegan Chocolate Fudge – No Fail

Vegan Chocolate Fudge that’s only 3 ingredients, no-fail and does NOT require a candy thermometer!  It’s true!  This chocolate fudge is everything you remember fudge to be:

Chocolatey, smooth, rich & creamy!

This recipe will end up being your “go-to” dessert.  Also, since it’s free of dairy, gluten, corn, soy and nuts, it’s the perfect thing to bring to a birthday, holiday or office party!

I should also mention that this is the same exact recipe I make and bring to the studios here in Los Angeles.  What can I say, it’s just that good!!

The secret ingredient that makes this fudge recipe vegan is a sweetened condensed coconut milk by a company called Nature’s Charm.  This can be purchased at Sprouts, Whole Foods or here on Amazon.com

 

You melt everything together either in the microwave at 30 second intervals or using a double boiler, place it in the freezer to set, cut into squares and E N J O Y!

Easy, No-Fail Vegan Chocolate Fudge

Total Time 1 hour 30 minutes
Servings 20 pieces

Ingredients

  • 1 can - 11.25 ounce sweetened condensed coconut milk Nature's Charm brand*
  • 2 cups Vegan dark chocolate chips Enjoy Life Brand**
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 pinches sea salt Divided

Instructions

  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with coconut oil spray to prevent sticking.***

  2. Create a double boiler on your stove by filing a small saucepan half way with water and place a large, heat safe bowl on top.****

  3. Place your condensed coconut milk, chocolate chips, coconut oil and a pinch of sea salt in your large bowl and over low heat stir constantly until all the ingredients are melted together.
  4. Using an oven mitt, pour batter into prepared loaf pan, using a spatula to scrape down the bowl.

  5. Add a final dusting of sea salt to the top of fudge before placing in the freezer to set. Let this set for at least 1 hour  before cutting.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 - 3 weeks (if it lasts that long!) or in the freezer for up to 2 months.

*I use Nature's Charm Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk
**I like Enjoy Life Brand Vegan Chocolate Chips.
***for smaller pieces use an 8x8 baking dish.
****Option to melt in a microwave by placing all ingredients into a large, microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments, until melted.
